The Story of Brookes. Here’s how it all began, with a chance meeting in Paris in the summer of 2005…

Sitting at a pavement cafe with Martin Woodward (Brookes CEO), Joe Shamir (CEO of ToolsGroup) sketched the SO99+ planning solution on the paper tablecloth.

Here was a supply chain software solution, which was conceived as a single end-to-end model – a “digital twin”, 15 years ahead of its time.​​

Forming a working partnership, was an easy decision to make and the benefits were immediately obvious. Martin persuaded Joe to appoint Brookes, as the exclusive distributor of SO99+ for the UK and the collaboration with our customers began.
